Large yard area to park your boat/SUV. This home is fully stocked with a king, full, and twin bed, TV’s, and large family kitchen table. If you enjoy walking or running, great to take a 5 minute drive down to Surf City Bridge and park for free to walk over bridge, on beach, and pier over the water.

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
