Monthly Rentals in Homeland

The home was awesome. Great location, close to everything. It’s not a new home so be prepared for authentic squeaky wood floors and a little musty. It’s what you get in an older home, nothing major. Decor and function of the house is great and the game room is a bonus!!

Myra’s house is a gem in a hustle & bustle town. We were in Lakeland for my daughter’s college graduation which was quite hectic. From the moment we walked into the home we felt an instant calm. The home looked exactly as portrayed in photographs. My kids (older teens early twenties) immediately went to the back yard to shoot hoops and also enjoyed the games in the enclosed back porch. The kitchen was well appointed and quite roomy. The mattresses were extremely comfy and according to my husband, were more comfortable than our own! Myra was very quick to reply to any questions we had. I wholeheartedly recommend The White House and Myra for anyone staying in Lakeland!

This cottage is so welcoming. The charm, that bathtub is excellent for a soak, location close to mountain biking and Legoland which is what we came for. Kayaks were nice for a morning paddle. Really enjoyed staying here, that screened porch is a dream for coffee and relaxing in the morning.
