There are 3 bedrooms in the house included in the basic price of this listing: 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The bunk beds have 1 queen bed on the bottom and 1 twin bed on top. The boathouse bedroom with queen bed is available for an extra fee $100.
