Aloha and Mahalo for visiting my listing. DUE TO THE PANDEMIC I DON'T ACCEPT ANY RESERVATION UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! "Pl.note that I don't have included the Transient /Ge tax ( 14.50%) in my price since it would reflect in the fee you pay to airbnb. I will collect it upon arrival." This place is nesteld on the slope of Hualalei mountain inmidst of coffee farms, from this cooler elevation (1200ft.) it is only 15 min./7 miles to Kailua -Kona, the nearest Beaches and Supermarket.
“A quiet space a little away from Holualoa Town, a large site with lots of fruit trees and trees. There is a two-story house in that space. The second floor is the host house and the first floor is the guest house. There are many similar homes around the property, in a quiet, relaxed and lovely area away from the hustle and bustle. Located at the foot of Mount Faralai and away from the sea, it is not too hot and cool. It's a bit cool in the morning and evening, so it's a good idea to have long sleeves. Rooms are clean and well cleaned. Cooking utensils are available, and there are rice cookers, microwave ovens, ovens, electric pots, hot plates, toasters, coffee makers, etc., so you can cook yourself without any problems. Since there is also a coffee mill, you can grind the purchased Kona coffee beans and drink it immediately. There is also a cartridge type water purifier, so there is no need to buy water. In addition, there are a lot of beach gear, and beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler boxes, snorkels, cool bottles, etc. were handy. The view from Lanai is a lot of trees underneath, the town of Kailua-Kona and the vast sea far away. Every day I spent watching beautiful sunsets. The lanai is large, so you can eat at the table or relax on the sofa. Rent-a-car is essential, but it is about 15 to 20 minutes drive to Kailua Kona, Keauhou shopping center and beach. Every day I went to KTA, Safeway, Target, Walmart and Kahaluu Beach. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host lived on the second floor, so there was no need to receive or hand over the keys, just putting the keys on the table. The host woman is very kind and will answer me politely if I have anything, and I'm on the second floor so I can go to listen immediately. It keeps your private well, so you will rarely meet and help you only when you need it. I think it is the best location to spend your time on the Big Island slowly and comfortably, but I think it is a good distance for those who are actively moving to Hilo, Volcano, Mauna Kea, North Kona and many beaches, I went many times during my stay. Especially in the middle of the Kona coffee cultivation area, you can easily go around the coffee plantation everywhere. I stayed for about 3 weeks, but anyway, I found the location, environment, room and host to be satisfactory.”
Great location just off main highway. Minutes away from the best bays for snorkeling and kayaking. Property is safe and surrounded by electronic gates in the Kona Coffee Region. The room is furnished with king size bed and mini-ridge/freezer. There are 4 accommodation choices. Every possibility for your enjoyment. If you are confused, I suggest you click on my profile picture which has the 4 listings separately. Snorkeling gear is provided for your enjoyment in our beautiful protected bays.
“The beauty of the room and the entire estate is just like other evaluations. It is very beautiful and unimaginable. I hope that I can have such a home in the urban jungle. I think the owner is a very easy-going lady who is very considerate, but unfortunately my English is so bad that I ca n’t talk too much with her. I have to mention her baking skills here, and I will definitely not lose the other chef masters. Every morning, I eat the owner's cakes, cookies, and coffee, and with the excellent manor landscape, it really makes people reluctant to leave! !! !! Unfortunately, we were too focused on other attractions in those days. Quietly lying on the couch in the manor, listening to the songbirds and watching the sunset, maybe it will make people who come on vacation more relaxed. By the way, I would like to especially thank the roosters in the manor, and thank them for waking me up on time one hour or two hours before the alarm clock, and never let me oversleep. I think if there is grilled chicken, then there will be more than 5 stars Haha”

“Mr. Michael, Mr. Greg, Mrs. Hannah, Mrs. Rebecca, and anyone else, who helped make our anniversary trip spectacular- were AMAZING. We cannot rave about the plantation enough. Seriously. Stop looking and just book. The rooms were spacious, the decor was absolutely stunning (behind every single item in the house, there is a story behind it), the food (OMG- the food) was so incredible. My husband and I truly feel that we grew here as individuals, and as a couple. We felt safe, genuinely cared for, provided for, and above all, we felt HAPPY. The plantation has truly changed our views on commercial hotels and has encouraged us to support the BnB lifestyle. We can't wait to be back <3 Thank you guys so much. Ka awa Loa will always have a special place in our hearts.”
