The apartment was built in 2023 and is located on the first floor of our home. It consists of the following rooms: - Kitchen with dining area - Living room/bedroom (king-size bed and sofa bed) - Spacious bathroom - Small cozy outdoor terrace A free covered parking space is also available right next to the apartment.

Ländliche und romantische Wohngelegenheit! Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet und haben einen separaten Eingang. Gratis Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.

You can also enjoy the Niesen from the terrace seating.

Die Dachwohnung im 2. Stock umfasst zwei Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon. Tolle Aussicht auf See, Berge und Bucht Spiez. Zusätzlicher Schwedenofen für kalte Tage. 5 Gehminuten von See und Bahnhof entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Gastgeber spricht Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und ein wenig Italienisch.
