“Peter is a friendly host and the house is spotless. The place is easy to find and buses run regularly if you don't fancy the walk. Peter responds quickly to questions and I felt comfortable making hot drinks and cooking in the kitchen.”

“Sally and Gavin were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond for us during our 3 night stay. They’re a lovely couple who were warm and inviting, and they couldn’t do enough for us! The place was incredibly clean and had many lovely little extras like gorgeous brownies, chocolates on the pillows and some extra little snacks plus some lovely jam. The fire was set for us upon arrival and there was a comprehensive list of instructions for all of the mod cons the place had. The outside space was wonderful, and Gavin and Sally even put out the sun lounger cushions for us on a particularly sunny day. Being able to play with Mrs Wiggles in the garden was a bonus, she’s an absolute gem! I couldn’t fault this place or it’s hosts at all - if you want a lovely place to stay in a beautiful setting look no further. We will be staying again!”

“My three friends and I stayed for a night at Hilary’s place. It’s a really lovely, clean and stylish space with nice touches. The outside decking is a real bonus and we ate breakfast outside, even though it was a relatively mild March day! We stayed in for the night and cooked a proper meal, there was a good amount of utensils/pots/pans etc. It was really easy to communicate with Hilary and she responded quickly. I’d love to return in the summer to make the most of the outside space!!”
