On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. We offer a 1½-story house from the 1910s on a private and quiet road. The ground floor includes a kitchen with modern equipment, living room, bedroom with two beds and an extra loft for two more beds. There is also a smaller toilet and a large shower room with toilet and washing machine. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with two beds in each as well as a living room with a sofa bed for two people. There is also a shower and toilet. The patio is sunny and offers a large terrace with tables for up to 10 people.

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Our stuga is located in the heart of Skåne County, South Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad can be reached within one hour. The stuga stands in a hilly and wooded environment where many beautiful walks can be made. There are trips to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golf, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy both in summer and winter months.
