We loved visiting the Beach Cottage on Benson! Amy and Jay were perfect hosts and made us feel welcome. The movie theater and back deck were very cool and the cottage was clean and included everything you will need.

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

Heather's home is a jewel. All the mechanicals are topnotch and the house is comfortable and charming. It is clearly a well-loved home. This is our second visit and it feels like a privilege to be allowed to enjoy the ease of the space and the serenity of the area. Heather is a wonderful host who anticipates needs that you didn't even know you had. "A place for everything and everything in its place" seems to be her operating principle. As guests, we very much appreciated this thoughtful aspect of how the house functions. The expectations for guests are clear and appropriate. Should questions need to be answered, Heather is unfailingly prompt and and helpful. At some point in the future we hope to book a summer stay just to try the outdoor shower. It looks amazing!
