Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

A private bathroom that is currently demarcated with a curtain and a well-equipped kitchen are provided. The apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached via its own entrance. A balcony is available. Pets are welcome!

The approximately 50 square meters large, bright and spacious apartment is located absolutely close to the old town in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality joiner furniture. The beautiful Landshut Old Town can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the beautiful city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.

Welcome to our Icelandic horse farm, idyllically located on the outskirts between hop fields, meadows and forests in the middle of the Hallertau. We live in the approx. 100-year-old farmhouse with barn and a beautiful garden. Our Icelandic horses have spacious open stables and surrounding pasture to feel comfortable. Of course, there is no shortage of dogs and cats to pet and love, but also rabbits and chickens run across your path.

The apartment has its own entrance. The staircase leads to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room, there is the kitchen with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next to it is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
