Ocean pearl has an in-ground swimming pool and a hot tub on the deck, pool table on the ground floor. Only a minutes walk to Foxton's best coffee and art gallery ( L'arte). Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Waitarere beach is a peaceful settlement 10 mins from Levin and just over an hour's drive from Wellington,the capital of New Zealand. Waitarere beach has a mini supermarket within which has its own bakery and is open 365 days of the year! for all your grocery needs including freshly baked bread and pastries Daily. Seashell cottage is a very short walk (5 minutes) to the beach or the mini supermarket called 4 Square. Look up Waitarere beach.

Simple Living Breakaway

No. 21 is located at beautiful Waitarere Beach. It's a friendly place where everyone will say hello and it doesn't take long to unwind from the 9 -5 . Built in 2018 by a friendly architect to create modern simple living at the beach. 4 bedrooms and and 2 bathrooms, it's great for families on an unfenced section facing north. A short walk to the beach, playground , forest, or Foursquare, you won't need too much more for a peaceful break away. If leaving on a Sunday, leave anytime you like

Cool little beach house in awesome location! Only a 5 min walk to the beach, estuary, kids park and bike track, and a 2 min walk to the local cafe. Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a double bed, and a sleepout with 2 single beds. Modern bathroom and all new furniture. DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool! Fully fenced section with secure off street parking.

5 Minute walk to the Beach, all day sun!

This is a cosy Kiwi Bach, with all day sun overlooking a park with playground. Five minutes and you’re on the beach. The house has two great decks for BBQ’s and relaxing. Fully functional kitchen (including a brand new air fryer) with everything you need. There are two newly renovated bedrooms one with a Queen Bed and the other with two king single beds, all with beautiful new linen. A brand new bathroom (no bath) and separate toilet. There is also a Sleep out with a queen bed and toilet.

Kotare Cottage is tucked away in a peaceful rural setting, close to the Ohau River and to Kuku Beach but only 10 mins drive to Levin township. Out of the kitchen and dining room windows are expansive views of the Tararua Ranges, catching the early morning sun and late afternoon sun from the deck and the lounge windows. It is an open plan 2 bedroom cottage with a log fire for the cooler evenings. There is a full kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with large shower.
