Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Adirondack Mountain Yurt at Blue Pepper Farm

Escape to our 30’ yurt atop a 25-acre pasture with breathtaking views of Whiteface mountain. Accommodating 2 to 6 guests, it’s perfect for family outings or adventures with friends. A winter camping experience: the yurt features basic insulation and is heated by a wood stove, with firewood for purchase on-site. Bring sleeping bags and slippers for warmth in colder temps. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Tupper Lake is at the crossroads of the Adirondacks. Our house is perfect for couples, friends and families who want to get away to the Adirondacks. Our house sits overlooking a cranberry bog, looking to the west over Tupper Lake with amazing sunsets. There's even a treehouse with amazing views down the lake. Complimentary adult voucher to The Wild Center. Take in wildlife: bald eagles, american bittern, loons, deer and maybe even a moose!

CAMP HUDSONVIEW

Dizzying views of the Hudson River! Sweet cabin modest in scale, simple and pure to not detract from the richness of the views, offering a fresh, invigorating sense of just what is needed, nothing more. The rugged primitive siding was harvested from on-site cedar trees; the knotty pine interior was locally sourced. Friends gifted a claw foot tub and historic farm house sink. Enjoy an optional hot tub experience in our Japanese spa.
