The apartment, which is brand new, has a new kitchen and bathroom, tilt ceiling, terrace, a well-functioning living room, and bedroom with closet. The barn is next to our place. Good location in relation to Nordsjaelland and Copenhagen, close to Nivå harbor and beach and possibility for public transport, train and bus (there is a bus to and from Kokkedal station 400 meters from the house.

Inside, the house is spacious with a large, nice living room, bedroom with double bed and direct access to the bathroom and kitchen with stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. Access to a washing machine is available Rungsted coast is located between Copenhagen and Helsingør. Approximately 1 km to the water, the trendy Rungsted Harbor with all the restaurants and Karen Blixen house.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. It has high ceilings, lots of light, and an excellent view. Stay well with a lovely double bed in the loft and nice kitchen and living room out in one - like in a real "New Yorker" apartment. Nice bathroom with everything you need and a unique raw kitchen. What I love most about my apartment is that it's warm and full of light. No one can peek in, so you can walk around as you want. And it's so cozy to sleep in the loft. Here you will have a special experience.
