Inchcape Seaside Villas - Seaside Cottage B - The Frangipani Suite

“The Seaside-Cottages”, can be considered a fine example of a beautifully designed and finished West Indian style apartment. While all three Seaside Cottages stretch over two floors, have a loft bedroom, a living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs, they vary slightly in their layout.

The space
A bar type kitchen counter with bar stools divides the kitchen from the living area and so provides for one of the dining options. The Seaside Cottage B, although advertised as a one bedroom apartment, actually has a very small second bedroom, which may suit to accommodate a child or serve as a second bed/bedroom for a two persons occupancy with the request for two separate beds.

The Seaside Cottage B has a lovely terrace terrace area with ocean view in a tropical garden setting which complements the living room for an open air living and a cosy setting for breakfast lunch and dinner.

All windows are traditional and generous in size and allow views of the ocean from the living- and bedrooms. The cottages are framed by a natural garden of tropical plants and trees and the view from it’s terraces is breathtaking and unobstructed. The interior is finished very upmarket and presents itself in an elegant but very Caribbean style, another reason why these units also cater to those who can appreciate architectural finesse which combined the mix of old and new perfectly. The Seaside Cottage comes with 70+ tv channels, stereo system with iPod dock, cell phones optional, complementary high speed wireless internet access, a safe and much more. The bedrooms in the Seaside Cottages are equipped with queen size beds.

A limited maid service, changing towels and sheets (on request) every three days is already included in our rates. Additional services can be arranged for a small charge and depending on availability of a corresponding staff member.
Amenities to mention are complementary high speed wireless internet access, satellite-tv, stereo systems with ipod / iphone docks, optional private tel./cell phones, complete info on restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, personalized airport pick up/drop, taxi service, rental car arrangements, free on site parking, just to mention some of Inchcape’s features.

Laundry service is offered by our maids on property at a small cost.

Other things to note
Unfortunately no pets, no animals of any kind and also no service animals can be hosted at the Inchcape Seaside Villas. This is due to the fact that the property is a home share property as well as the fact that at the Inchcape Seaside Villas, we have staff members who have animal allergies and who are Asthmatic.

Getting there
We will gladly provide driving directions on request, but we do recommend to use the personalized airport pick up service we offer to organize for all our guests for not much more than a regular taxi ride would cost.
The usage of this service guarantees a smooth and stress free arrival at our property. Please also note that we need the flight info, airline, flight no. and arrival time, from all our guests, to be able to provide for a proper welcome procedure at our property.

The cleaning service which comes automatically with this 1 bedroom apartment is a brief hotel type cleaning service and changing of towels (and sheets on request) every three days. Additional services can be arranged, but always and only on request and depending on availability of a qualified member of our work force. Any additional hotel type cleaning for a fee of $ US 20 per cleaning. In the event of an unforeseeable situation to have to relocated a guest, we reserve the right to provide another equal accommodation or a free upgrade to a higher priced accommodation category.

We reserve the right to make changes to any bookings under 7 nights where necessary without notice.

The Inchcape Seaside Villas are a very private estate where 6 houses offer a choice of 12 rental units, all different from each other. It is a place where dreams of a tropical island experience come true, where you can listen to the whisper of the trade winds brushing the tips of the coconut palms and get carried away by the colorful sounds of the steel drums, reggae and calypso music.

Clustered on the southern most tip of the Caribbean island of Barbados, the Inchcape villas resides on the Inchcape property on Ananias Point right on the edge of Silver Sands Beach just a 5 minutes drive away from Oistins with it’s supermarket, fish market, restaurants and other stores.

During your stay

We provide a very personalized service for all our guests. It starts with our airport pick up and drop, and the so called greet and meet service, which we organize for all our guests for about the same cost as a regular taxi ride. When arriving at our property one of our staff members will then perform a concierge type welcome procedure and while staying with us, a on and off site manager will be available to serve our guests the best way possible.
If you haven’t arranged for a car rental before your arrival, please do not hesitate to ask us to assist while staying with us. We can get you quotations. then book the car of your choice and have it delivered to your apartment.
