This is our second stay at Livia’s Annexe and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed again. Livia is always very communicative and responsive to messages and very friendly. The annexe is well thought out and has all the amenities that you need. Livia has gone the extra mile with all the extras (tea/coffee/hair dryer/shower gel etc.) which does not go unnoticed. The annexe is warm and cosy and furnished beautifully. The on-drive parking outside the annexe is perfect. The neighbourhood is quiet and the property itself is very easy to find. We will definitely be booking again in the future as it is an absolutely wonderful place to stay.

Nice house to stay in, parts of the house decor is a little dated but we only used the house to put our heads down after work so didn’t really use much of the house. Someone mentioned the water pressure and it is something to note with it being low. Nice home otherwise and would book again.
