The house is great for going for a few days of disconnection, you can breathe a lot of tranquility. It is very clean inside, and well maintained. It has an outdoor area with large BBQ that allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Maybe it takes a bit of kitchenware - utensils for the BBQ, but it is not something that prevents you from doing it without problems. Gareth is a very kind and thoughtful host. Recommended place.

We were not left disappointed. Marcela provided us with clear instructions on how to get into the property. The property itself was as described, if anything bigger than expected - plenty of space to relax! We enjoyed the outside space and made use of the grill during our stay. The area itself is quiet with many opportunities for hikes. The supermarket is a 5 minutes away.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We went to have a great time and we had a great time, Jesus at all times was very attentive and showed us both how to get there and all the recommendations we could make. As for the house, we have been 15 and we have all fit no problem, a very spacious house and a spectacular terrace. We highly recommend it for a getaway and getting away with family or friends.

i have spent a few days of holy week and everything was great place and the ideal house to go with dogs. surrounded by many hiking trails. and 5 minutes from the bolbaite river. we were greeted with a box of chocolates and some prizes for our puppies. and that is greatly appreciated. thank you very much for everything we will bolver.

100% recommended! Our stay at the cottage was simply perfect. Ana and her husband are exceptional hosts: close, attentive and always willing to help in anything we needed. The house is impressive, spacious and with a lot of charm. We were a group of 13 friends and had room to spare. Despite being winter, the temperature inside was very nice at all times. One of the greatest pleasures was enjoying its two fireplaces in the huge living room, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. In addition, the environment is a wonder: in the middle of nature, surrounded by an immense pinada ideal for hiking trails. If you travel with kids or pets, this place is perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. It's been an unforgettable experience. Thanks for everything! :)

Spacious and well-kept villa in a quiet neighborhood, yet well located for trips. The villa is practically laid out, each room has its own bathroom (not adjacent, but does not disturb), super convenient. The kitchen is equipped with almost all the essentials. Tip: Purchase peeler, cutting board and baskets for hot pots/pans. The pool was still too cold with us, but the jacuzzi made up for this. Beautiful view from the terrace and the jacuzzi. A cot was provided, and there are also plenty of (outdoor)games for the children. You will notice that the house is well and used a lot, for example on the walls and the like, but the house is clean. The host responds quickly to questions, plus. We recommend the house!

We really enjoyed our stay with Sander and lucie. the accommodation was clean and the interior gave us an instant holiday vibe. Their swimming pool is huge, and we loved the fact that it’s all natural water. There were a lot of cute places the relax around the swimming pool and the around the accommodation itself. We did quite some hiking in the area, like “ruta del agua” and “rio fraille” (both recommended!) but there are also enough cute villages to visit in the area. Last but not least, Sander and Lucie were very friendly hosts.

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

This was a great place to stay. The 1930s building had character. It was quiet, safe and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet though the living area has period windows so could get a little noisy at rush hour or when bins are emptied but it's not a problem. The neighbourhood is mostly appartments of around five stories high but there are many small shops, bars and restaurants . The area had a village vibe in my opinion, very friendly. Local people were very understanding when it came to our very poor attempts at speaking Spanish. Most establishments had a staff member who could help in English. Only a couple of times did we have to resort to Google Translate and even then we turned it into a comical, fun exchange. It was good to be about 1km away from the old town as we got more of a genuine Spanish experience rather than the typical tourist stuff you get in the old town. We visisted the old town several times and it took around twenty five minutes walking. We will return

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The location was perfect, a little away from the heavily touristed city center, but still plenty to do and easy to get to the old city center. Our hosts were always available and helpful. The space is “cozy” but the outdoor terrace is a real bonus, perfect for morning coffee or happy hour. If you come here by car, I would suggest pre-paying for your parking through the Parkimeter website in the underground lot the hosts suggest. Free on street parking may be available, but in our experience availability is limited. You pretty much have to get a spot immediately when someone vacates it. Also, for you older folks (I’m 75 and reasonably mobile), there is one elevator in the building that takes you to the 6th floor and you have to walk up to the 7th(as the listing clearly explains). One night we got home from dinner and the elevator was out of order. It happens, but that was a long walk up for these old legs. We recommend Sandin’s place.

We stayed as a family, two babies (2 years and 7 months) and a small pet. The accommodation was as described, it was easy to get there, the host was very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we slept great, it was very well equipped. It was a bit hot, but with the fan in the master bedroom we were cool, and the air conditioning in the living room/kitchen. They put a crib with everything our baby needed, which is very much appreciated.

We ended up staying in the apartment for 3 weeks and it was fantastic! It offers all the good amenities and because of the beautiful weather we have made a lot of use of the terrace and swimming pool (often for us alone). The view from the terrace on the mountains is also beautiful! The area offers many possibilities from beautiful walks in the mountains to a nice shopping in the Mall, terraces in Denia, Gandia, Calpe and Altea and not to mention nice walk to the beach. Unfortunately, everything comes to an end, but if it could be, we stayed even longer. We'd love to come back, thank you for everything! Hans, Stephanie & Lizzy🐾

We had an amazing stay at Eva’s apartment! The flat is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you might need. It’s perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. Eva is a fantastic host—extremely kind, helpful, and always available. An incredible place to stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

Magnificent home. In our case we were 3 couples with 2 dogs. The plot is too big to be able to walk around. Very comfortable beds and very spacious living room so you can have a good time with friends. The only small "inconvenience" is the lack of light in the BBQ area, but it is something they are sorting out.

We (family with 2 sons aged 14 and 16) stayed in this special accommodation for 3 nights at the end of April 2025. In general, I think Dutch people have a rather high standard. It may be a little more back to basic in terms of comfort for example the furniture/beds. The garden, on the other hand, is fantastic, we enjoyed the jacuzzi, the barbecue and the various seats with fairy lighting in the evening (the pool was still too cold at the end of April). Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs etc all present, very nice. In the immediate vicinity, there is actually nothing special to do, it is still more on the coast (45 minutes drive). I myself loved that for those few days after a small week in Valencia, but it is something to take into account. Grocery shopping is the getaway ;-). Julie is a very warm person and very easily accessible and helpful!

The house exceeded our expectations: welcoming, clean, with beautiful decor and everything you need to enjoy. The environment is ideal for disconnecting and the garden with barbecue and pool was a plus. The host was very helpful. We'll definitely repeat it!

stunning views, awesome pool, Oranges everywhere. we stayed in April and the orange blossoms smelled amazing. the house has everything you need and more. 10/10 if you want to spend the weekend with a view and good friends

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
