Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Hrazdan

We really enjoyed our stay at Arthur and Ali's place! The house is located in a quiet and clean area of Yerevan, away from noisy roads. There is a wonderful blooming garden on the plot (mid-April is an especially good time for admiring flowers). The apartment is very, very clean and cozy; the kitchen has everything you need for cooking (I would probably only add a couple more small soap). The bedroom has a comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress, it was nice to sleep in such a cozy place. There are plenty of towels in the closet, and the bathroom has everything from toothbrushes and soap to rags and cleaning supplies! Alya and Arthur are wonderful hosts, never had any issues, they were very quick to respond to all of our questions and shared even what we didn't expect at all - for example, Alya allowed use of the oven and treated herbs from her garden. Andranik’s place is superb. I really felt at home at their place. Very cozy and peaceful. The host is very responsive and hospitable. They allowed for early check-in and late check-out. Because of these we fully enjoyed our stay in Armenia. The time in Armenia was well-spent. All-in-all it was great. Thanks for their hospitality.

Great nature, everything was perfect.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

From the moment I arrived, Gagik was welcoming and incredibly helpful, always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and goes out of his way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment itself was wonderful—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything I needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and modern amenities. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful environment to relax in. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Gagik’s hospitality. He made sure I had everything I needed, offering local recommendations, and even checking in to ensure I was comfortable during my stay.
