Definitely worth it. Mikael and other staffs are so helpful and easy to deal with. they even accommodate us early since we arrived earlier. The place is homy and comfy. location is great near 24 hours supermarket and restaurants. with wiide balcony. the place is so spacious for 4 people. heater is great no problem at all. quite and peaceful environment. 100 stars overall.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Located in a nice area, near were a lot of shops and a big mall. ~20 minutes on foot to the city center. Had some problems with water leaks, but they were not critical.

Apartment was very clean, met my requirements due to its special location, facilities and amenities offered.Hostess was very polite,helpful,and friendly.Supermarket,bus stop,parks, restaurants and cafe was just near the apartment.Thanks to the hostess I recommend.

Rafael was an exceptional host—very responsive and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The apartment was clean, cosy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The heating was fantastic; Rafael had thoughtfully turned on the floor heating in advance, ensuring that we arrived to a warm and comfortable space without any surprises. The place was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials, free Wi-Fi, and even pocket Wi-Fi for convenience. The only thing we felt could be a great addition is a microwave oven, as it would have been really useful during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed the cosy apartment. Vahe was a great host, very friendly and communicable! The flat was roomy, with lots of storage areas which was a big deal for me. The location is convenient, with large supermarket and a great cafe nearby. Parking was not super convenient as during workdays the street becomes too busy. Overall a great choice, especially for Yerevan.

Very nice place. The lady who gave and collected the key arrived just on time exactly when we arranged beforehand. The apartment itself is not very new but in good condition and clean. There were basic cooking utensils, dishes, shampoo, detergent and other basics. The sofa is very comfortable and soft and the bed was pleasant to sleep on. All appliances are of good quality and fully functional. There is even a small dishwasher! The AC worked great even though the windows face south and there was 35C outside. The neighbourhood is very walkable and felt safe. Even though there is a busy Komitas ave nearby the place was quiet at night but the curtains are thin and the sun might wake you up early. As other reviews noted the water pressure in the shower is somewhat low and there is a delay before the water heats up, but after a few moments the temperature becomes stable and I can't say I had any trouble taking showers over 10 days. The internet was fast and stable for work and videos. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor which is fine for me, but when you enter the building at night you have to take 2-3 steps in the dark before the light turns on which is not a big deal. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot and would recommend this place.

Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Spacious accommodation, convenient lockbox system for late arrivals, airco available, very pleasant courtyard where we ate outside several times and cute garden that allows you to be quiet in the lively town of Yerevan. Rooms on the side of the streets a little noisy, on the other hand overlooking Mount Ararat on a clear day:-) Needs to have a car or take taxis to get around. Not too far from the airport.
