Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

Our place has one bedroom, living room with sofa bed and single Murphy bed, one bathroom with washer and dryer, full kitchen, satellite tv, internet, electric fireplace. Located close to a walking trail, grocery store and local distillery. Pet friendly. Relax outside and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Pubnico Harbour.

Private Lakeside Cottage in Yarmouth

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however.

NO CLEANING FEE!!! Located in West Pubnico, 840 square feet of open space decorated in mid century modern style and all white shiplap. There is a 3 piece bathroom with a shower. The rental is above our garage and set back from our house. You will have a beautiful view of the ocean and a path to walk down to the shore. We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, banks, church, and a 30 minute drive to Yarmouth or a 2.5 hour drive to Halifax. Sunsets are free.
