Fantastic place, really comfy beds! Also perfect location only needed to use the car once.

Place was exactly as advertised. Easy access and host communication great. Right on a bus stop or walkable to town centre. All in all great stay

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

We stayed here when we went to Twycross Zoo and we were very impressed! Such a beautiful place and area- ideal for a few nights away. It’s located in a stunning village which also offers a variety of walks. The shower was also lovely and warm. The balcony was my mums favourite part, which allowed us to see the stunning views whilst sharing a bottle of wine! Thank you for letting us to stay in your beautiful place

Great stay at Simon’s penthouse for a long birthday weekend. A large space with everything you could need. The terrace and hot tub were incredible and a sun trap from morning to evening with great views. A stones throw from Southwell high street and the minster. Simon was very helpful moving the booking forward a week at the last minute and was quick to respond to any requests during the stay. There are a few things that need fixing or updating but all in all a top notch apartment in a great location, and nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of a great weekend with family.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

A home away from home! Carole is a friendly and accommodating host and the house is absolutely gorgeous. Spotlessly clean, all amenities needed for a short or long stay, incredibly comfortable and a super location. We stayed for two weeks and have already booked for next year. Would highly recommend!

The house was easy to find and a great place to stay after a day out exploring the peak district, was in value for what we were budgeting for and Dan was very responsive when we had any questions. The beds were comfy just what we needed. Perfect little stop off would recommend.

We had a great stay, as it was clean, well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom, convenient to get around, smartly decorated. It is close to Matlock Bath and Matlock centre and had plenty of things to do around it. There was lots of dog friendly walks nearby. We would certainly recommend Cotton House as a great place to stay.

Maureen was a great host and even provided recommendations of restaurants and activities. Fantastic location for the sites and walks whilst also peaceful. Will definitely book again.

A great apartment within walking minutes to the city centre. Clean and tidy, a comfy, linen fresh bed, full kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, washing up accessories if needed. Kieran was a great host, great speedy communication, very clear arrival instructions. A friendly gated apartment area, would recommend. Thank you Kieran.

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

Beautiful lodge in a quiet surrounding just perfect to chill for a few days. Excellent very well maintained little extra made this well worth the money, though we didn’t see our hosts and this is most definitely not a negative as we prefer that we also knew that if there was anything me required or needed they were on hand. Highly recommended.

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!

Very clear instructions for finding and getting in the appartment. The area was very cozy and really beautiful to walk around in. The appartment had everything I needed and a lot of useful instructions. Would come here again when visiting Nottingham!
