Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Nature reserve and a swim: 150 m. City: 15-20 min

A cozy little house, 100 m from a swim in the nature reserve. 20 min to Stockholm city. Private parking space and a terrace facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue facilities under the apple trees. The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 120 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

Charming apartment with nice terrace and free parking

A well-equipped ground floor apartment on a villa, private entrance and patio. Free parking. Close to subway and bus, 10 minutes to cozy local center, 10 minutes subway to central Stockholm. Kitchen with dishwasher. In the bedroom double bed and a sofa bed that is made into 1.20bed. Very quiet area, close to both swimming, shops, cozy cafés. 15 min walk to nice swimming jetty. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
