Nice appartement, very cosy and renovated, résidence du Val d'Ys in Cognet, ski start at 100m, central. Very well equipped with fast WiFi and high-end appliances / bedding / furniture. NEW! Superb ski-in/ski-out apartment in the Residence Parenthèse, completely new, and located in the heart of the Vieil Alpe district and at the foot of the Alpe Express. The 105m2 apartment is ideal for accommodating 10 people thanks to its 3 double bedrooms (including 2 suites), its mountain corner with bunk beds, and a sleeping area with a 120x200 bed (ideal for 1 person, it is possible to put 2 children however).
