Unlike many cottages, the space around the cottage was special. We stayed there in February, little leaves on the trees...but still a lot of privacy. In the summer you are completely enclosed by the forest. Very nice to hike directly from the cottage with the dog.

Lovely little house, tastefully decorated with everything you need! Located in a very quiet area! In the middle of the woods. And nice cities such as Zutphen and Deventer are close by. Also beautiful hiking trails. In short, if you really want to relax, go here!

Jan and Corrie were excellent hosts. Corrie was there to meet us with fresh baked treats and beverages. She was so friendly and explained everything about the house and the neighborhood. The house was much bigger than in the pictures. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms modern and clean, and the outdoor space was so nice to hang out and relax. The kitchen came supplied with all dishes, pots, pans needed, and the dining table and living area were comfortable. The home is heated with radiant floor heating. The windows, doors, fixtures were all high end. There was an automated professional level espresso maker to enjoy and plenty of fresh eggs from the chickens. The town was small, quiet, safe with many beautiful homes and castles nearby. There were plenty of walking paths and bike trails to enjoy the beautiful countryside.

We had a lovely weekend at Robin and Mike's b&b. Both really friendly and easy going. The accommodation was really beautiful and it smelled delicious, which was immediately extra nice to come in. The beds were good and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort. We were lucky with the beautiful weather so we sat outside and could even eat outside. It really felt like a mini vacation, exactly what you want.

"Dreaming on one", a lovely get-away in the woods near the Veluwemeer. Shirley has made it a gem with all the amenities to relax wonderfully. the house offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The house is stylishly decorated and has a lovely large garden with seating overlays around the house. The squirrels and birds can be seen scrambling regularly in the garden in search of the recommended doppindas. Shirley is very hospitable and makes sure you don't miss anything. Thank you for a nice stay!
