Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

A cozy and open accommodation with a separate sleeping alcove in the middle of the beautiful nature of Småland and the Kingdom of Glass. Here you live in Sweden's most famous parish Ljuder with proximity to a rich cultural heritage after Vilhelm Moberg while you are close to all the attractions within the Kingdom of Glass. Well-known place names such as Kosta, Skruv, Duvemåla, Orrefors are nice day trips. Or why not just stop for the magical nature that is around you when we visit us.

Whether you just want to take a vacation, book a spiritual retreat with me or come to recover after an illness or surgery, you've come to the right place. Here, away from speed and sensory overload, you can recharge your batteries in the middle of nature in a very special place. The guest house has about 25 square meters, sleeping places for 2 to 3 people, fireplace, fridge, 2 hotplates, camping toilet in an extra room and a covered terrace. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

In combination again with the house in Skruv from April 2025 within 10 km two houses with up to 20 people. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful accommodation in wonderful Broakulla. Surrounded by nature and near the lake, is the large property with two terraces. There are shops of daily needs such as supermarket or gas station. Larger cities can be reached in a short time by car for day trips or activities.
