Monthly Rentals in Huntington Woods

We needed to come in on short notice and Sam was more than accommodating. Our questions were answered promptly and the house was just as it was described. We loved the location and the pretty little yard. The house had everything we could want, was convenient to downtown Royal Oak, and we would definitely stay again.

Great spot to check out Royal Oak

Great home for families with smaller children. Everything is on the same level, which makes it easy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee (thank you!!!) creams and sugars. It had all the dishes and cleaning supplies we needed. It even had a closet with toiletry essentials in case we forgot something. The backyard is spacious. It was a little chilly, so we didn’t spend much time, but it was nice enough we considered dining outdoor even in the cold. One quick tip - If you prefer a harder bed, the queen in the bedroom in 2025 is a little soft, but honestly it’s to no fault of the host. Just a tip for fellow travelers.

This is the second time we have stayed at Trina's place. Both times have been wonderful, if we had a request, Trina was very responsive. The apartment itself is great, very homey and comfortable. Parking is right next to the apartment as well. The location is perfect for walking to Royal Oak and a good location to get around the metro Detroit area. We will definitely be back!
