The location is one of the sunniest in eastern Norway, with sunshine until around 10 p.m. in the summer. You walk to the jetty in 2 minutes. Right above the property is Kopåsbatteriet, a cannon position that participated in the protection of the German warship Blucher on April 9, 1940. Drøbak's oldest house, Thorsehuset from 1760, is located on the same property. The house is worthy of protection and safeguarded with extensive work.

Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.
