Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and spacious place to stay with old-fashioned charm. Here, you live close to nature without neighbors. There are good opportunities to hike in the forest, swim, pick mushrooms and berries, fish and cycle, just leave directly from the garden out on the nearest forest road. Lake and swimming are within 5 km, as well as a grocery store, train station, gas station and pizzeria within 5 km. Welcome to our cozy cottage in a natural and lovely environment. Here you have the forest as a neighbor and close to nice walking paths. As well as close to swimming and fishing, jetty and boat. From our large balcony on the front, you have a view of the lake and the meadows where our cows graze from spring to late autumn. This is the cottage to stay in if you want to stay in a private setting but also be close to most things. Holmsjö community is 1500 meters away. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, gas station and a nice summer cafe on our nice local island.

Enjoy a quiet autumn - beautiful colors all around the lake, pick mushrooms or enjoy a book either indoors or wrapped in a blanket outside. Cabin with private location located on part of plot with possibility to borrow a rowing boat. The plot borders the lake, forest and fields. The property is shared, but you have the entire section facing the lake on the property for yourselves to enjoy. Deer roam the meadows/fields, and you might see moose. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.
