Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Hyde Park, Tampa

We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

We loved staying at Sara's place! She provided clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was clean and looks just like the pictures. We started every morning and ended every evening on the balcony that over looks the pool. Conveniently located near everything on our agenda. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit to Tampa and stay at Sara's!

Great place to stay as a family of 4. It was well stocked and clean. Kid’s room was perfect for our 4 and 2 year olds. Nice view of the river. Only two things worth noting: 1) there is no traditional table with chairs for eating meals. There is a low table and cushions for sitting on the ground. 2) it is a little bit of a walk from the parking spot to the door and then up the stairs. Not that bad but is a bit of work if you have a lot to unload

We had a great time at the apartment, it was more than clean, it was neat, spacious place x a one bed with walking closet, one big bathroom, plenty towels, sheets and pillows, nice balcony, kitchen had all utensils x cooking, even though we didn't. Building is really nice, modern, safe, clean, fantastic gym and roof top x residents, 24/7 front desk, great location, easy to find, parking lot, is right behind the building, with direct access to building. I really hight recommend it!!! Thanks to Jenken!!!

Close to everything, especially the airport. Beautiful pool area. Good neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Felt very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

My daughter and I had a great stay here! The midtown area had a lot to offer and everything we needed was only steps outside the door. Whole Foods, restaurants, you name it, it was there. The apartment was extremely clean and offered everything we needed for our stay (kitchen supplies, coffee, toiletries, washer & dryer). Very modern and beautiful. Check-in instructions were clear and the videos were an added bonus. The complex itself is gorgeous. I enjoyed the gym and pool each day. If we end up in Tampa again, I know exactly where we’ll be staying.

Great location for anything going on at Raymond James- safe quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and cold, slept wonderfully at night.

The place is convenient and close to landmark places, Cozy team is always replying, check in and out is so easy. I recommend.

Everything was comfortable and tidy and the amenities were an added bonus for us while we were there. Andrea was a really nice and attentive host and answered any questions we had. We would recommend this place to other guests!

Amazing location…..great place to stay in between all beaches and easy to navigate from place to place. Bamboo bay the restaurant located on premises had everything we needed. Great staff friendly and accommodating!! What a relaxing trip!!

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Very clean, comfortable condo! Very quiet building. Pool and tennis courts looked great although we didn’t use them. Would definitely stay again! Responsive manager.

Excellent host! Orit was responsive, clear, and accommodating. Being so close to the Airport was very convenient and the drive to Clearwater Beach was scenic and peaceful. The unit was confortable and the balcony view was worth it. The pool is much smaller in real life, when it's overcrowded. We visited during late Spring-break though, so, it might be more relaxing when schools are in session. The beach rocks are very slippery and covered in sharp shells. If you decide to be brave it and climb down to swim, bring your own first aid kit.

I can’t express enough how AMAZING our stay was! Our host was very responsive, clean beautiful home, excellent neighborhood, so accommodating! Everything we needed and more were provided, I literally have No Complaints about the stay! If you are thinking about this home PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK!!! Charming and quaint. Loved that they had king beds and allowed our little pup. It was the perfect location for our stay and close to our events. All one level with only 2 step to get in.

We had a great experience at this Airbnb! We booked it for a conference and the location was perfect—close to the city, which made commuting super convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were amazing—very responsive and thoughtful. They even checked in on us during our stay, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! We brought our two dogs with us and there was plenty of space for the four of us. The dogs loved the backyard and we loved having breakfast outside then hitting the hot tub to start (and finish) our day. We also loved having the gym available to us 24/7 which we took advantage of. The riverwalk was only about an 8 min drive and we were there almost every day for walks/runs/the dog park. We had the pleasure of meeting Amber and she was very helpful for all of our needs! Overall, we had a blast!

Ann’s place felt like home! Everything we needed was there, and more! The decor is beautiful and the home was specious. Everything was extremely clean and the bedding was so comfortable. The perfect stay for a few friends to hang out and be in walking distance of Raymond James stadium. We’ll be back, for sure!

Great & quiet place to stay! Lot of space to rest and work.

We were looking for a quiet weekend getaway and we weren’t disappointed. The layout of the house flowed smoothly and the outdoor area, including the hot tub was perfect. The home is outfitted with a lot of nice amenities, like the Bluetooth speaker in the master bath. Would definitely stay again.

House was exactly like the pictures. Clean. Beautiful. and a hostess that was quick to resound, polite and thoughtful. left a cute banner outside and birthday gift for my baby. Literally could not ask for more. Thank you Miss Keisha!
