We highly recommend this lovely apartment overlooking the little old town square. Our daughter was visiting for Easter and Maria’s apartment fit the bill perfectly in terms of size, cleanliness, facilities, location, communication and character.

We loved our stay at this farmhouse near the Lake! very roomy and clean and well stocked for our group of 7. Easy to coordinate travels around Umbria and Tuscany, and we loved exploring the Lake towns, especially the Castiglione del Lago center! Easy to follow instructions for house operations, access and directions! We loved the decor, and local ceramics, and the great reading selections- fun library of history, art, cookbooks, and local travel ideas. We loved having downtime and the tranquil area amid pastured and horses; my kids took advantage of sunny weather in early April and did watercolor painting and naps in the sun amid the olive trees in the back yard. It was a little too remote for walking to town (the ruts in access roads were hard on our car, and road construction nearby made for minor inconveniences,) but all in all, a perfect place for our holiday!

Stunning place, great for families to be together, lots of space inside the house, very clean. Wonderful quiet location and most of all we loved the animals and how welcoming the hosts were. We’d love to come back for more time here.

Living in the castle, the room is cozy and refined, exclusive access to the garden, free parking, the bed is comfortable, I practiced yoga in the yard very relaxing, and a cute cat.The host carefully prepared the map and delicious snacks for us, and also gave us a careful explanation of the places to visit nearby... It was a great experience, we rushed to the airport and saw the message the host gave me about the tourist tax, I explained that Airbnb has already collected all the fees that I don't need to pay anymore, the friendly host's happy acceptance does not charge us any other fees, it is worth recommending, I will stay in this beautiful place and the cottage again...
