Vacation rentals with a patio in Ibaraki

The host was welcoming, answered my questions quickly, and there was a lot of good food near the residence and close to JR station, 10 minutes recommended to stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Tokyo! The place was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It’s located very close to the Yamanote Line, which made it super easy to get around the city. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this place for a long stay! It’s really close to the train and Akiko is an amazing host. She handled all our needs and even gave us some great recommendations for places to see the Sakura blossoms! It has everything you need and more and even supplies for cooking so you don’t have to eat out all the time.

The location is good, and the space is spacious. Please not that the actual room is a bit older than it looks in the photos and may not be as bright or new as it appears in the pictures, but overall, it’s still acceptable. The refrigerator is very small, so there isn’t much space for storing items—probably just enough for one person. The landlord is really nice! They respond to questions and offer help promptly.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The place itself was clean and everything was just like in the pictures. We felt right at home. It's easy to find thanks to Xuan's descriptions. Public transport is within walking distance, same as stores and restaurants. There is nothing much to say other than we would like to come back if we ever visit Japan again!

Our group of 6 stayed here comfortably for almost 2 weeks. It was conveniently close and within a short walking distance to many necessary food, grocery and drugstore shops, as well as public transportation. This made our stay here very easy. The house itself was immaculate and catered to us all really well :)

We loved the novelty of staying next to the train tracks and watching the SL train go by! The house was very well equipped with cooking utensils, a projector, and even glowing lights - everything we needed for a fun stay with friends. The neighbourhood is convenient with lots of shops and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Highly recommend!

The transportation is very convenient. The facilities are all new. The room is also very tidy. The host is very nice and the host is very nice and friendly reply. Next time I come to Tokyo, I will choose this one.

I stayed here after being with colleagues in Japan for work. We moved here after being in a hotel for the first 3 nights and it was a huge upgrade! The space was great, clean and tidy and everything we needed to feel at home. We didn’t manage to explore the neighbourhood that much, but it’s very close to a couple of different stations so it’s well connected! Jiao was a great host. Super responsive and helpful in the lead up and throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and bathroom are all clean and nice! Convenience stores are also nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Komagome Station, but it's fun to see shops and grocery stores on the street. If you take the Yamanote Line from Komagome Station, you can go to major stations such as Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Ueno, Shibuya, and Nippori Station at once without transferring. And most of all, it was nice that the host communicated quickly. I was able to travel comfortably because I took care of my luggage before check-in.

So happy we chose Jiao’s place in Tokyo! I didn’t know this area of Tokyo, but Komagome is so well-connected via the Yamanote Line. It was lovely to return to our peaceful neighbourhood in the evening, after the crowds of Shibuya, Shinjiku etc. The flat is lovely - clean and full of light, comfy futons, and relatively large for Tokyo - very comfortable for the three of us, and decent amounts of storage. The balcony is great - for drying washing and towels, but also for watching the world go by on the (pedestrianised) shopping street below. The supermarket opposite (Sakagama, I think?) is great, and there are loads of good places to eat on the (short) walk back from the station. Jiao was an incredible host and looked after us so well, evening helping me out with an issue I had with a delivery. We’re missing what felt like a home from home!

Thanks for the host. Jiao is very responsive and we got reply instantly even it’s late night. Thanks for the welcome snacks and bottles of water. It’s very nice. The place is very close to many local supermarkets and food stores. It makes it very easy for us as we like to make meals ourselves. The area is also not too busy and so it’s quite peaceful at night. It’s about 10 min walk to Komagome station but we don’t feel like a long walk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Komagome. This was a beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment in a building located just off the main drag in Komagome, which is a residential area in the north of Tokyo. The stay is about a 12 minute walk to the Yamanote line, which got us pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in 20-40 minutes. There was also plenty to do and see within walking distance of the stay, which enhanced our experience! We were very happy to be able to do laundry and it was easy to dry the clothes with hangers provided. Modern furnishings, easy to get in, great shower/appliances, and a beautiful space to rest in at the end of the day.

if i could give 10 stars i would!!! this place was not only accommodating but exactly how the host listed & described it. loved how it was very close to the station and so many food/grocery stores nearby. house was super cute & was easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely stay here again & recommend!

Because I chose this house to find a treasure neighborhood, the neighborhood is quiet, convenient, there are many cute shops, and the transportation to go to all the hot spots is also convenient.The place itself is impeccable, clean, convenient and has almost everything you need, recommended for everyone visiting Tokyo.

There are two subway stations around, convenient transportation, 700 meters and 1km walking distance, you will feel far if you pull your luggage. The interior is newly renovated, the facilities are new, and the 2 rooms are very comfortable.
