The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is close to a large park. Main street Rexburg is just 2 minutes away with lots of shopping and food. It is a great place to rest between Yellowstone, bear world, Jackson hole, and Targhee. It has a 2 car garage to park in to keep your car out of the snow or sun.

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. This cozy numbered street house is centrally located near Downtown Idaho Falls .There are many Boutique shops, local eateries and bars in downtown . Like Big box stores? Sam's Club, Walgreens and Albertson's are also close by. So many other things to do! Short distance from the Snake river green belt, the Falls, Snake River Landing and the Idaho falls Zoo. All of these locations within a 3 minute drive. Ample driveway with plenty of space to park 3 cars.

Westside guest house. Light-bright- not a basement

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.

Our home is just off Highway 20 & close to Hwy 33 (road leading in to Rexburg). We are just 4 miles from BYUI, within two miles of Walmart & plenty of eating establishments!

Our home is less than a mile from the airport, with easy on/off to Interstate 15, US highways 20 and 26, and a short walk to the beautiful Snake River Greenbelt. Our "mother-in-law" apartment has 2 bedrooms, a great family room, a full bath, and a small kitchenette. Whatever brings you here, we'd love to host you!
