Yurt vacation rentals in Idaho

we had such a fun time here! We just went for a quick overnight r trip, but we would have loved to stay longer. We initially had a hard time finding where to go, but Anne was right there to help. It seems ideal for a family reunion or get together and we'd recommend it for anyone looking to get away in nature!

It was a long way up the mountains, but a scenic drive and we felt like we were on top of the world when we arrived! It was great…so very peaceful and relaxing! Amazing, awe inspiring views…an opportunity to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and stars! Thank you…what a nice camping facility…those swings were so fun!!

Our family had a fantastic time glamping on this camping site! Even though our tent was close to the other campers, we had good privacy and even our own fire pit to do smores! And there were so many fun activities around for our boys (paddle boat, small playground, feeding the bunnies, etc). We highly recommend it for young families!

This was our third time staying at the yurt and it is always magical. Janis and Roger are wonderful hosts, very friendly but not at all overbearing. The surroundings are beautiful, the wood-fired tubs are a must-do, and there is a wonderful restaurant about 15 minutes away. Loved every minute and will be back (again)!

We enjoyed our stay in the yurt. The location was convenient, it was comfortable and the showers and toilets were well maintained. The propane fire pit was an added bonus. Thank you, Heidi!

Great, fun place to stay with the wife and kids. Very unique experience. Had everything we needed and more and close to lava. There is a bit of train noise at night that didn’t bother us much, but something to be aware of if you plan on staying here!

The yurt was a perfect way to spend a weekend with our family. We loved listening to the ancient calls of the Sandhill Cranes and the rural feel of the passing trains. We were so grateful for a barbecue to grill out and enjoy a beautiful spring evening before soaking at Lava Hot Springs. Take advantage of their jar of earplugs to enjoy a night of restful sleep. Trains are consistent at night and the trains moving uphill can wake the dead. And if you are tall, mind your head on the outside light. It’s a sharp one that caught both of our boys.

This is our second time back here and we loved it just as much as the first visit. Visiting at a different time of year is fun, there were beautiful wildflowers everywhere, lots of birds and a pair of pheasants flew right over us!

We had a great time at yurts at the Lowman Inn! The setting is beautiful and the pizza is delicious for dinner. Hosts were very nice and made check in easy. We didn't have any issues, but fair warning a couple of our friends did have their propane heaters go out in the middle of the night so bring extra blankets/sleeping bags as it can get quite cold in winter.

Was a great stay, the yurt was comfortable and charming the outside amenities were great and the view was amazing. Directions and check in were easy. Five stars for glamping.

We had an amazing stay at Chris' yurt. Beautiful valley location with a nice stream nearby. Chris sent very clear instructions, was very responsive to questions, and provided not just a clean place to stay, but an experience that made lasting memories for our family. We stayed for the Perseid meteor shower and were not dissappointed. We will definitely be staying again!

This place was so incredible! We absolutely loved it and wished we had a multi-night stay. We went in the middle of the winter and there was snow everywhere but the heater inside the yurt kept us toasty warm and set a great ambiance. You are a one minute drive from the amazing Kirkam hot springs! The hosts have a rustic and unique lodge with a wood stove that we wished we had more time to hang out in! They also had an outdoor fire pit that we also wish we could have enjoyed more! Mattress and yurt were much newer and cleaner than I expected and we loved the rustic furniture and ability to see the sky with the skylight! We will likely come back for a weekend day trip to soak and hang out in the lodge and hear live music on a weekend! If you come in the winter, you may have a hard time getting in the driveway without a 4wd vehicle!

Loved staying at this Yurt! It was cute and cozy and amazing. I loved the location, it was absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the comforters and blankets kept me warm. It was perfect for a small surprise party for my friend’s 30th birthday. Highly recommend the stay! The only thing I didn’t love was the train was very loud at night. It woke me up several times. The host did leave earplugs for it though which was thoughtful! I just can’t wear earplugs at night because I have a baby and also they hurt my ears. Overall it was a 5/5 stay, I really loved the yurt experience!

We had a great stay! Naomi was a fantastic host — very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and simple, and everything about the place was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

3rd time staying at the yurts, great spot for our annual hot springs adventure, will be back!

This is our third time staying here. We brought the family and had a great time. Kevin and his wife are amazing hosts. So laid back. I've seen some reviews suggesting that the host(s) are not attentive. This is not true. If anything, the laid back atmosphere is a benefit. Since we'd been here before and knew what to expect, we didnt need much. I could see how some might be used to other airbnbs with a lot of instructions / rules, etc. If you want that, this isnt the place for you. We love it here. We will be back. The rustic surroundings and accommodations are exactly what we're looking for when we go to Lowman.
