Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

Beautiful property in the countryside. You can tell Raffaela puts a lot of effort into curating the space so that it is very liveable. Location is great, close to many beautiful beaches, and some nice restaurants.

Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

Very nice house with all the necessities and in a superb wooded setting (the garden, and, beyond, the pine forest) close to a beautiful long beach very pleasant for children. The pine forest is also a safe place for children to play safely, during the period when we were there, which was not very touristy. Simone was extremely flexible on schedules (in our case frankly changing schedules), and always very friendly in her communication! Also, and this is becoming rare on Airbnb, the price advertised is the price you pay (no excess type of linen or towel rental type, tourist taxes etc.). I recommend it!

We had a great day in the villa a very relaxing break with some beautiful views. As a host, she was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us.

Five stars just because you can't give more! Michela is available and very responsive to requests. The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts possible (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, grill, barbecue, air conditioning both on the ground floor and in the mezzanine, TV) and upon arrival all present to start the stay (body soap, shampoo, coffee capsules, jams and breakfast brioches, laundry detergent and dishwasher, necessary for barbecue); also equipped with towels and sheets (also for the small baby bed). Plus: Welcome kit with cold ichnusa in the fridge and great cherry tomatoes. Definitely relaxing place, out of the chaos but a three-minute drive from Flumendosa beach, recommended by Michela (beautiful, not too crowded and with very affordable prices for umbrellas and sun loungers). Basically, arrive and feel immediately on vacation thanks to the host's accuracy.

Fulvio and his wife were impeccable: welcoming, kind and super helpful. They made our stay very pleasant in addition to offering us the perfect accommodation: the apartment is large and cozy, furnished with unique pieces that make you feel at home. It has a special balcony and veranda. It is equipped with every comfort; they made us find body soap, shampoo, coffee, pastries and more; they provide games, umbrellas and beach towels, incredible comfort if you travel by plane. Every corner was super clean, I saw a few places like that, really appreciated.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Accommodation small for us great location. It was in a quiet location. Shops were within walking distance as well as the beach. Parking in the garage or on the street very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything we needed. The owner explained everything to us and gave us many types for trips and restaurants. The city center is also very easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop on foot 7 min. I like the waste separation. We felt safe and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home with everything you may need. The plus was getting to know the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for a place to visit and restaurants to eat in. Thanks to the great location we visited the entire south of Sardinia, from Sant antioco to villasimius. The apartment is in a very nice villa complex, we stayed at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacco, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there's also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, washing machine and everything you may need. We felt at home, thank you for enriching our trip. . Apartment is wonderful, and exactly as pictured. . Salvatore met us at the apartment for the check-in. . He left us two bottles of wine, which we really appreciated after 22 hours of traveling! . We stayed 4 weeks and enjoyed the view of the sea from the very large balcony. . Salvatore is easy to communicate with and helped us with our needs during our stay. . The apartment is immaculately clean. .The cleaning lady he arranged for us to come on a weekly basis did an outstanding job. . The location is perfect! The beach is in one direction and the old town in the other. . We did not have a car and used the bus to travel everywhere. . We would highly recommend this apartment! Lovely,clean apartment for a short stay and exploring the city. Located in the very center in a historic building with a large terrace overlooking the port. I definitely recommend staying in Cagliari.

Valentina's apartment is lovely and spacious, just as pictured. Decent amenities as advertised, plenty of parking, quiet area with a supermarket in walking distance as well as the beach not too far. The center is just a short 10 minute drive. Bed was comfortable, smart TV, A/C for the warmer days, and a machine dryer were a nice bonus. Valentina kindly provided some nice recommendations of things to do when we had a couple of rainy days, which was helpful! Overall, we recommend this apartment when staying in Cagliari!
