In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

Das Haus ruht charmant zwischen den alten Obstbäumen unseres Gartens, der Wohnraum ist lichtdurchflutet und großzügig. Vom ausladenden Süd-West-Balkon aus sieht man weit ins Oberinntal, im Osten fällt die Morgensonne herein und man sieht den nahegelegenen Patscherkofel, den beliebten Innsbrucker Hausberg.

Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung (ca. 48m2) mit Balkon und Blick über ganz Innsbruck. 1 Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad mit WC und Badewanne als Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer hat zur Verdunklung eine Außenjalousie. In der Wohnküche, wo die Ausziehcouch für eine 3te Person steht, gibt es Vorhänge als Verdunklungsmöglichkeit.

Meine Unterkunft hat 42qm und ist relativ zentral gelegen. Busverbindung vor der Tür ,10 min ins Zentrum, ruhige Lage. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Lage und Umgebung. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende.
