The apartment is impeccable, well-equipped, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable. The large terrace is lovely. It feels wonderful. It is located 5 minutes to the beach, on foot. It is located not far from superb nature reserves, including the Parc de la Maremma, which offers nice routes by bike or on foot. The owner is very responsive. Instructions are clear and helpful. Recommended. We'll definitely come back.

Great experience! The house is surrounded by greenery, but it is close to both the sea and the town center. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are really spacious. The interior of the house is very comfortable as well as for the spaces, for the accessories provided. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is a large level terrace, on the ground floor a magnificent veranda adjacent to both the living room and the kitchen, which can be lived all year round. The outdoor spaces are well-maintained. Alessandra was very welcoming and very helpful in responding to our requests for advice on itineraries, restaurants, etc.

Spacious and very neat apartment! We were taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host (Pietro ) was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Also, impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended! Also, Pietro recommended Castiglione della Pescaia for the night visit and it was perfect!! Thank you!!

The apartment is very close to the beach. It is large and has 2 balconies. There is an elevator. There are restaurants nearby. Starting in October, you have to keep in mind that many restaurants have already closed. The apartment was very clean. The communication was very good. We can recommend this apartment.
