The studio is located in a quiet environment with great transport links to the center of Paris. Both shops and restaurants are available nearby, within walking distance is La Defence with a shopping center. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. It looks just like the photos. Franceska is a very welcoming host who will give advice and take care of everything you need. I spent two months here and would love to come back.

Peggy is a perfect host. Despite a late arrival, Peggy waited for me to welcome me, gave me all the necessary explanations. She is very warm and wants us to be comfortable in her apartment. And when I needed information, Peggy responded to my message very quickly. The apartment is very clean, with all amenities nearby. Very well located without any vis-à-vis. This apartment is very nice. I recommend it.

The place looks just like the photos. It’s in a residential neighborhood, but it’s still really easy to get to the touristy areas (there’s a bus stop just a few minutes away and the metro’s about a 15-minute walk). Communication with Arnaud was smooth, everything was super clean and in great shape. The bed and pillows were comfy—some other guests mentioned the cushions weren’t great for sleeping, but if you check the closet, there are some proper pillows there, and I thought they were really comfortable. I’d totally recommend this place if you’re looking to stay somewhere a bit more local and less touristy. There’s a good supermarket and a great bakery really close by—pretty much everything you need is within 5 minutes.
