WALK to the action on Division St. or Chicago Ave, Chicago's upcoming gallery district. A 1/2 block to the 56 bus takes you to the Loop in 10 min, or to the heart of Wicker Park in 5. A 10 min walk to the BLUE LINE serving O'Hare & Downtown. And Divvy bikes 1/2 block away.

Welcome to our unique Bluebird bus converted into a luxurious tiny home. This beautifully furnished bus boasts high-end finishes, modern appliances and plenty of character. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. The skoolie features a small living room area with RV sofa, a small bar/dining area/work space with 2 stools. Sleeping arrangements include a full bed and two bunks with memory foam mattresses. The bathroom is a tile wet bath with toilet, hand held shower, heated tile floor and small sink.

You may be greeted by a variety of animals around our homestead including 3 cats, 5 geese, friendly dogs, chickens, tame turkeys and rabbits that wander amongst the acreage. You will hear roosters in the morning when it’s time to wake. Sit by the pond and watch all our tiki lights turn on at dusk or sit in the circle landscape drive by the water fountain. Outdoor kennel is included for your pets to play.
