We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, beautifully designed, and in a perfect location—just walking distance to Kabsat and many great restaurants and cafes. The kids had a blast in the pool, which made the trip even more enjoyable for the whole family. It would be nice if there were a bathroom in the bigger room for added comfort, but overall, everything was great. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back soon!

The house was perfect for our family, with excellent amenities including the karaoke and a nice pool. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it ideal for relaxation, and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and enjoyable getaway!

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

This place is just the perfect booking for your baguio staycation. Genalyn is such an accomodating and generous host. The house has this amazing view from the living area that will make your stay extra special. The unit is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook your own food. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and serene. Since there was no guest after my booking, they even allowed me to stay as much as i needed to. Mark, the caretaker, is a smart young guy who will make you feel more at home. If you’re still hesitating to book, this is simply the place. Look no further!

The place was really easy to find and from there you can easily access the go-to restaurants and tourist spots. The owner and the caretaker were both really considerate from check-in to check-out, and they were both easy to contact. The place was also very clean and spacious, and what really stood out for us was the pool access since not all accommodation in the area provides pool access. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat with, which was also a welcome surprise for us. Overall, it was really value for money and worth every penny. Kudos to the owner and caretaker for maintaining such a cozy and convenient spot for us while in Baguio.

Me, my husband and my mom had a wonderful stay at Liyan’s place. Worth every cent!🥰 Felt like we’re on a 3day holiday vacation. Very near to SM (less than 10min walk) The unit was exactly as described, with the cleanest bathroom, pristine kitchen, amazing view at the balcony, cozy and very nice bedroom. Kudos to Liyan and his team for doing a great work, very accommodating, extremely helpful, informative and very friendly yet very professional.🥰 Thank you so much Liyan, Michaela and Sophie for accommodating us. Super happy with our stay for 3 days @ Sir Gab’s place. Ang linis ng unit and mga bago and quality yung mga gamit and furniture. Ang ganda din na may dalawanh balcony nakaka relax. Spacious yung mga rooms and yung kitchen. Complete yung mga gamit for cooking and even the things na pang linis. Fast din mag reply sila sir gab sa mga concerns ko and mabit sila may pa welcome snack pa. In terms of location malapit lang din sila sa sm and burnham and may mga resto sa baba ng building. I would recommend this Airbnb. Thanks again!
