The location was perfect—easy to find and just a short walk to the surfing area, tourist spots, and great local restaurants. The beachfront view was absolutely stunning and so relaxing, plus the beach itself wasn’t crowded at all, which made the whole experience peaceful and private. The room was well air-conditioned, and we especially loved the spacious living area and the big balcony where we could unwind and enjoy the sea breeze. The host was also incredibly responsive and kind, even accommodating our last-minute requests with no hassle.

We had a good experience while at Noelle’s BnB. The apartment matched the photos and the description very well. It was tidy, and it felt comfortable. Parking is spacious. We like the location, as it is accessible to several establishments (eg drugstore, convenience store, restaurants). Another plus is the beach being a few meters walk from the BnB. We were also able to buy fresh fish from the fishermen by the shore, cook, and enjoy our lunch before checking out. My booking was finalized a few hours before check-in but Noelle was very responsive. She gave clear and detailed instructions. She also endorsed us to Jerom who was very polite and considerate.

The place was worth the money, it was very affordable. Also, it is huge and spacious. There were only two hiccups, the map location was not perfect as it was a little difficult to find the listing, we tried waze and google map, but still could not locate, so I had to find a tricycle to show us the place, and there was a tiny prob on connecting to the wifi, password was not working. Despite of the hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends, it is perfect especially for big groups. Love it! One more thing, the host Nena was professional and very accomodating. She should be a Superhost. Thank you host!

We all agreed it's the best bnb we've stayed! Nice view of the sunset and beach, the suite is clean and there's drinkable water provided the whole stay. Wifi at first was wonky (understandably we're in the province) but the rest of the stay it became stable. Highly recommended!

I stayed here before in 2019 & had a pleasant experience, so I thought to book it again and I had a similarily easy and hassle-free trip! While the parking is a bit tight, it is doable — we were able to park a montero and FJ in the garage. The home itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything listed. My favorite part about this place is its location. Very near everything and super close to the beach! Would very much stay here a third time :)

We enjoyed our stay at the Balay by the Sea. I was quiet, private, adequate basic amenities. It was as advertised. The on-site property attendants, Ogie and Beny were very courteous and very attentive to our needs. They made us feel at home and well cared for. The bathrooms and kitchen could use a little bit more cleaning to make them spotless and odor-free. The beach is good but it was too windy during our stay so the water became a bit murky and the waves a bit frightening for an average swimmer. It would have been nice if there was a spa or jacuzzi stub in the property for such an occasion. Ceiling fans in the dining and patio areas would have been nice as well. The general location of the property is very convenient as a base camp for touring Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur tourist destinations. The final few hundred meters leading to the property is very narrow and lined with shabby houses. It could be rather disconcerting for first-time visitors the Philippines.

the hosts were very welcoming along with their staff. Proactive communication and most you see how much value they've put to the place and service provided. would highly recomment the place and will definitely come back. families would enjoy their time there since it is peaceful as compared to the hostel community nearby. The market is also walkable and cooking food is easy with a complete kitchen

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. Hopefully management will remain and keep it just as good for years to come. From my family and friends, we would like to express our gratitude. THANK YOU!

The villa was exactly as described. It was comfortable and cozy with all the privacy you’ll ever need. All the necessities and amenities were complete and clean. Gianni and Dianne’s team were very flexible and prompt with anything we needed. Definitely a must stay if you’re in LU. Super recommended! 😊

Everything was as described, easy check in, very nice view, quieter side of La Union. Aircon can be improved. But overall we will definitely go back. :)

Tim's place is great! Really clean and spacious great for friends and small familes! Kitchen is packed with utencils and kitchen ware, airconditioning is very cold, towels were abundant and the condo was spotless when we arrived! Fairly private setting, with your own designated parking spot! My friends and I enjoyed this stay alot, and will make sure to book this place again! 🙌🏼
