Vacation rentals with lake access in Ilocos Sur

Herbert is a great host, staffs are very accommodating and polite. very attentive to guests needs. I would highly recommend their place. We are very satisfied guests, very pleased.

The place was east to find, direction to the place was wasy to follow. It is close to town on a tricycle ride however, there is no tricycle that travels along the road the place is located tou must walk to the main road to catch a ride. Gated parking is available but limited to 3 vehicles, overloading is also availble but not gated. Currently, there is a construction in the compound but only during the day time. On the other hand, the loft was clean but had some ants, the bathroom did not have a shower curtain resulting in a soak bathroom from wall to wall after a shower. There is food on site but must be requested a day prior.

Herbert as a host was very accommodating. He made sure to answer all my queries. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and was very respectful. My only concern is that I had to ask for toiletries (tissue & soap) every morning when it should have been made available to us the first day that we arrived. Other than that everything else went fine. Place was cozy, cold, clean and what my kids liked the most is that it has hot shower. And that pets are allowed. Very recommendable!

They were very friendly and I suggest booking this place while it’s still not that known, You get to have the whole resort to yourselves 🐰

Great place to stay and will book again for San Juan. Abt a 15min drive to touristy spot but amazing if you value comfort over drive time
