This unique apartment occupies the attic of a historic building, which is part of the rural buildings. Guests have 80 sq m at their disposal with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please let us know if you would like to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

You can relax here on your own, with your family, or with friends. On the property, there is an aviary with a small flock of peacocks. Right next to the garden is a pine forest with its unique, atmospheric charm. The Kwisa mountain river also flows nearby.
