On the terrace there is an oven and gas stoves for cooking. There is a barbecue grill and a traditional wood oven. The house is the only one on the property.

The first coffee is drunk on the beach, wonderful! Our huge grounds with meadows, lakes and old tree consisted right on the long sandy beach, one hour away from Thessaloniki. Here you can enjoy a unique holiday by the sea with donkeys, goats and cats. There are excursions in nature and culture of Greece. The cozy holiday home is located on one of our two freshwater lakes. With fast wifi on premises, you can also work excellently.

There is a kitchen with everything needed to prepare your own meal or coffee. The house is just refurbished, so almost everything (kitchen equipment etc.) is brand new .
