Monthly Rentals in Imlay City

We loved the historic Holland House in Lapeer. The beds were comfortable and the half bath in the King bedroom was a great convenience. The house is charming and cozy. Brandon has a lovely coffee bar that includes specialty teas and hot chocolate. Nice soaps, body lotion and lovely guest towels made us feel like pampered guests. As an alternative to a hotel room, Brandon's place is hands-down superior. We felt "at home" in the best possible way - as though we were VIP guests. No problems with wifi or streaming. We would definitely book again!

very conscientious host, very communicable, house was very equipped, however the size of the bathroom is indescribable! a grown person would have a problem turning around or even adjusting themselves while going to the bathroom without having your head fall asleep on the faucet. we don't mind a small bathroom but it should have been noted in the description this is nothing personal against the host it's just a fact that it really needs to be known in the description of the house bathroom is extremely tiny it would make it much more descriptive of the listing. also noted that it is not for seniors or any disabled person the step to getting up on the front porch is extremely high and very short and with with no gating or railing to keep a person from falling off if they lost their balance and that's a very high fall . the back porch it's basically one board but it's not a straight it is cockeyed and you basically need to Tippy toe on that one board to get up on the porch.

It was a great place to stay and the host is amazing 100% coming back.

me and my friend stayed at Deb’s unit and LOVED it! Very clean and the host was so kind I will definitely recommend to other people to stay with her:)
