Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, my wife and I and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable swimming pool of the residence. We never had any parking issues. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Jesper is an excellent host. The apartment is also super wow, excellent. I went to the Monaco Grand Prix, prices are generally high this week, the only small problem I had was finding the apartment and the stairs to it. We spent a week with our daughter in the appartment and really enjoyed our stay. Great location, near the train station and old Nice.

Gisele's place was fantastic! A prime location in Nice with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars, and transportation. She was a great host, very responsive and understanding of our situation! If i were to travel to Nice again soon, I would definitely stay with Gisele!

Very nice house, surrounded by greenery. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Diego has always been punctual and accurate in his communications and available for any type of info. Simply put, everything is perfect!

Wonderful stay. Ivan and his family went above and beyond to make us comfortable right away, the house is beautiful and with a breathtaking view. There are several things that make it great for families with children but not only, the interiors are well cared for and the cleanliness is impeccable. Liguria is a land I recently met and it is slowly turning out to be my favorite Italian region, the kindness of people everywhere I went has remained in my heart. I recommend everyone to visit it, the convenient location of the place makes it possible to visit a number of places within a short distance such as the Albenga and Alassio promenade, but also the hinterland, with its farms and various tastings of the excellent local wines and oils. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

A scenic cool apartment for hot summer days. Well-equipped and comfortable. Lots of walking trails in the area.

Helena's place is super beautiful and brand new. On the heights of Nice 15 minutes from the center by car so convenient and at the same time outside the city with a great view, canon pool and very nice kindergarten. The house being new it was missing a few small details for everything to be practical to use but we made a list to the owner who will remedy it. If you are by car even a medium format does not fit in the house but never any problem parking in front. Really great vacation at Helena's place, I recommend it.

This weekend has been fantastic. The house is super warm, it feels really good. The views are breathtaking. Everything was perfect! Matteo is a very nice and responsive host.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

The communication with Dominik went very well and clearly. The stay is as described and the location is perfect. In less than 10 minutes you can be in the center of Menton on foot. The location is very quiet with a magnificent view over Menton and the bay. The parking is a huge added value just like the new air conditioning. Definitely worth mentioning is the good bed. Dominik and Michaella are very pleasant hosts who make every effort to ensure you a pleasant stay. Super thank you for the good care, we'd love to come back.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Great location, and very helpful and responsive host. The flagship of this apartment is surely the terrace overlooking the sea, spacious and well cared for. Nothing is missing in the apartment and the stay with all the comforts is guaranteed. There are 3 TVs ( 2 small and one large) plenty of tables and chairs. It probably needs a renewal in the bedspreads. The rocking on the balcony is fantastic, even if it shows the signs of age. The hot water management in the bathroom is pleasantly problematic, but very well indicated. Anyway, a great experience for sure to replicate and recommend.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks which may rightly be called a hidden gem. Everything has been thought of for a pleasant stay. The garage and spacious terrace are a big plus. Communication went smoothly and quickly. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a very pleasant beautiful and cozy place, the shopping street is right around the corner from the apartment, a park and the beach 5 minutes walk away.
