Apartment in a detached house (3 residential units) with 900 m² plot! (Outdoor area is currently being renovated when there are no guests). Very quiet location and about 20 minutes to Kaiserslautern city center! Shopping right in the village, very good connection to the highway. The apartments are completely renovated and equipped to the latest standards! There are 5 sleeping places (double bed, bunk bed, sofa bed) including all necessary utensils for spontaneous visits.

The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
