Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Large self-catering chalet in the mountain village of Boden. The house has several bedrooms, each with 2-6 beds on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a cozy parlor, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and foosball, a terrace. A children's ski lift and tobogganing is right in front of the house. The nearest larger ski area is the Jöchlspitze. The Arlberg (the largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also not far away.

Apart Hoher Kogel is very quietly located on the edge of Huben and the forest. Numerous hiking, mountain and cycling tours can be started directly from the house. The free ski bus takes you to all the top ski resorts of the Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl and the Hochoetz family ski resort.) The entry point for the cross-country ski trail, as well as restaurants, the bakery and a small supermarket are within walking distance.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living, and dining room, a spacious bedroom with TV. A bathroom and separate toilet.
