The cabin is on the mountain side, the last in this row and has a non-visible edge location and is surrounded by about 1,000 m² of land. The "Anton" apartment, renovated in 2022, is on the 2nd floor in the Venier guest house is located in a quiet location in Scharnitz (Seefeld Olympia Region) and can accommodate 2-4 people. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with large sofa bed, a large kitchen with dining table for about 8 people, a spacious bathroom and a large balcony. Due to its location at the foot of the Karwendel Valley, the apartment is ideal for hiking and biking excursions.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.
