Monthly Rentals in İncesu

Ms. Elmas was extremely helpful and friendly from my reservation to the end of my stay. The house has everything inside. You have everything you need such as a washing machine, an iron, a broom, etc. There was only no hairdryer. Unfortunately, the guests before me were broken. Ms. Elmas ordered, but she hadn't arrived yet, so she offered to bring the hair dryer in her own house. The house is right in the center of Avanos. Walking distance to everything in the center. You can get to Goreme in 15-20 minutes.

Wow, what a fantastic house! We really enjoyed the generous space and the great facilities. The owners were incredibly friendly and considerate. The location was ideal: right in the middle of beautiful Cappadocia, with all the highlights just a few minutes drive. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased to stay in such a nice place for the same fee in the middle compared to the high pricing of the Cappadocia region. By car, the entire Cappadocia region can be reached in a short time. Since we were too meticulous about hygiene, there were some detailed cleaning deficiencies that came to our attention, but it was generally clean. Price performance 10/10

This is a lovely separate guest house on a property outside of Kayseri close to Erciyes. The home is beautiful new construction, was very well insulated, has a cozy pellet stove in the living room, was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the valley. It was very private and Remzi and his family are very helpful and kind hosts.
