Based at the foot of the world-famous Keddie Wye Trestle, this historic 1906 home offers custom woodwork and attention to detail throughout. Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye. The Little Lodge on Spanish Creek is a modern, Scandinavian-style double A-frame cabin with water access, outdoor wild spaces, and lots of privacy. This cozy cabin has two bedrooms and a full bath complete with steam shower, a fully stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities, and a wood burning stove & AC. With two decks in the trees and an enclosed outdoor dining space, there is room to spread out and enjoy nature. WIFI is included, and it's a short 10 minute drive into Quincy.

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.
