Monthly Rentals in Indian River Lagoon

Condo was just what I was looking for. Great location, short drive to the great Melbourne beach. I love to fish and there were great palaces close by. Michelle is a great Host very friendly and had some great recommendations for local places.

Beautiful setting in a nice neighborhood, short walk to the beach. Clean and spacious accommodations with lots of interesting touches inside. Very comfortable, quiet and convenient.

This is our second stay with James and looking forward to staying at his place next year when we return for festival work in his area. James stays in touch, very helpful and his place is wonderful, can't wait to return.

The street was quiet, you could see stars at night, here the chimes and birds and smell the ocean it was easy to walk to downtown and the beach. Loved the outdoor shower and outdoor area for quiet.
