If you love the great outdoors but also crave luxurious comfort, this lodge is your perfect destination. As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This lodge has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 with additional sofa bed in living room. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is en suite with toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink with over bath shower system. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property up 2 dogs. Park passes are extra to use the site facilities (Off Peak 7 days 21.00pp less than 7 days 18.90pp) ( Peak 7days 29.95pp less then 7 days 26.96pp) !! We do not allow same sex groups or party groups !!! We will remove you from the property if found braking these rules. Season dates for park facility are March - October. Bookings made after this are for lodge only.

It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!
